Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Base pay starts at $16.00 per hour
Shifts: 1st Shift Hours 6:00am to 4:30pm (8-10 hour shifts) Monday through Saturday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This role involves operating machinery, inspecting products, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions.
  • Monitor production materials and advise team leads when supplies are low.
  • Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve production efficiency.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime
