Job description

Hours:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00pm-6:00am

Pay: $20.00 /HR

Duties:

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers.
  • Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to resolve issues and maintain production flow.
  • Track and report production metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of production processes and machinery.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Computer skills - Microsoft excel or word
  • Previous leadership or managerial experience is good, but not required
