GENERAL SUMMARY

Are you a motivated leader who enjoys developing teams, driving results, and making a difference every day? We are looking for an Bilingual (English/Spanish) Poly Line Coordinator to join our Poly Line team and play a key role in the success of our manufacturing operations. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to lead and support the Poly Line team while promoting a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. As a trusted point of contact on the production floor, you'll help ensure smooth daily operations, support employee development, and contribute to achieving operational goals.

As a Poly Line Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead and support daily Poly Line operations to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by promoting safety policies, programs, and 5S initiatives.
  • Identify, address, and escalate safety, employee, and process concerns as needed.
  • Serve as a leader during emergency situations and support emergency response efforts.
  • Coordinate staffing, attendance coverage, and employee assignments to ensure operational success.
  • Match employee skills with production needs and provide direction on daily role assignments.
  • Partner with maintenance teams to address equipment issues, downtime events, and production upsets.
  • Monitor production output and quality standards to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and cross-training of new and transferred employees.
  • Coach and mentor team members to support performance improvement and development.
  • Lead shift handoff meetings and ensure clear communication between crews.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, audits, logs, and related documentation.
  • Promote and consistently enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing production priorities while maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Schedule flexibility is required. Employees may be assigned to either 1st or 2nd shift during seasonal demand periods based on operational needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
  • Experience using SAP for production reporting, label creation, and BOM verification preferred.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform physical job duties, including:
    • Standing and walking for extended periods.
    • Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
    • Pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, stooping, climbing, and carrying materials as needed.
