Job description

The Research and Development/Quality Technician supports both product development and production quality. This position is able to work Hybrid. This role focuses on maintaining consistency in existing recipes, monitoring processes on the production floor, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The technician ensures products meet company standards while assisting with process adjustments that improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and follow existing recipes and formulations to ensure consistency in production.
Assist with evaluating production floor processes and identifying needed changes or improvements.
Support R&D efforts by documenting findings, observations, and opportunities for process enhancements.
Collaborate with QA to ensure all products meet established quality and safety standards.
Provide feedback on ingredient performance, process flow, and potential adjustments.
Help troubleshoot issues during production runs and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with production teams to support proper implementation of approved changes.

Compensation: Pay is based on experience.
