LMG is seeking a Production Assistant to provide critical operational and administrative support for live event productions. This role helps keep events organized, accurate, and on track by supporting quoting, billing, scheduling, documentation, and communication across teams.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to Account Executives and internal teams to ensure live events are properly documented, scheduled, billed, and prepared for successful execution.
Quoting Support - Assist with quoting opportunities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and profitability while implementing requested changes from Account Executives
Documentation Management - Request, track, process, and organize client documentation including certificates of insurance, terms and conditions, credit requests, signed quotes, and tax exemption certificates
Deposit & Billing Coordination - Track deposits, ensure compliance with procedures, and partner with Account Executives to complete timely and accurate final invoicing
Deadline Tracking - Monitor Technical Prep List (TPL) and List of Labor (LOL) deadlines, send reminders, and escalate missed deadlines as needed
Crew & Show Coordination - Ensure crew schedules and supporting event documentation are posted accurately within the Show Portal
Equipment & Labor Review - Verify quoted equipment and labor accuracy in partnership with Account Executives to support successful show execution
Expense Review - Assist with technician expense reporting and support approval or rejection of billing items as appropriate
Reporting & Communication - Monitor Open Quote Reports and communicate updates to internal stakeholders to maintain visibility and operational alignment
Operational Support - Provide administrative and coordination support that helps ensure smooth, accurate, and professional event execution
