What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll support daily manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring consistent quality and performance. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficient production while working in a cleanroom environment. In this role, you will:
  • Operate and monitor continuous production lines to meet safety, quality, and performance goals
  • Conduct in-process and finished product testing
  • Follow standard work instructions, product specifications, and operating parameters
  • Maintain accurate production logs and update system data
  • Use SPC data to make process adjustments and maintain efficiency
  • Perform basic line maintenance as needed
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace in accordance with cleanroom protocols
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental requirements
  • Analyze and resolve production issues
  • Share process information and collaborate with team members
  • Hold yourself and peers accountable to company standards and procedures
  • Comply with Quality System Procedures (QSPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and related documentation
  • Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Your Work Schedule This is a full-time, non-exempt position working 36-48 hours per week, including variable and rotating 12-hour shifts based on production needs.
