Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is seeking an innovative AI Testing Specialist to lead the adoption of AI-powered Quality Engineering practices across the Software Development Life Cycle. The role involves designing and implementing intelligent testing frameworks while optimizing testing processes to support rapid software delivery.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven testing frameworks with automated test generation and self-healing capabilities.
โ€ข Integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.
โ€ข Leverage AI and machine learning techniques for synthetic test data generation, defect prediction, and test optimization.
โ€ข Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end test suites.
โ€ข Establish and enforce Quality Engineering best practices across the SDLC.
โ€ข Define and implement testing standards including TDD, BDD, and UAT methodologies.
โ€ข Collaborate with development, DevOps, product, and business teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
โ€ข Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and recommend improvements to enhance software reliability.
โ€ข Monitor test execution, automate reporting, and continuously improve testing efficiency.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 6โ€“8 years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering.
โ€ข Strong experience in AI-driven testing frameworks and intelligent test automation.
โ€ข Hands-on experience with automated test generation and self-healing test frameworks.
โ€ข Experience integrating continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
โ€ข Experience using AI/ML techniques for defect prediction, test optimization, and synthetic test data generation.
โ€ข Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
โ€ข Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
โ€ข Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
โ€ข Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
โ€ข Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
