Our client seeks a Jr. Product Manager to support product execution in the HR technology domain. The role will translate business needs into actionable requirements, maintain the product backlog, and drive clear documentation to enable delivery. The engagement is expected to run 6 to 12 months, with potential continuation based on funding, and collaborates closely with a Product Manager and a Principal Product Manager for People Tech.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

  • Partner with business stakeholders to refine AI use cases.
  • Convert completed research into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and prioritize feature backlogs.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder reviews.
  • Document workflow, process, and agent requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery activities between business and engineering teams.
  • Support product testing and user acceptance activities.
  • Track feedback and enhancement requests.
