As a member of the Cottonelle Flushable Wipes Research & Development team you will work to identify and commercialize product innovations aligned to consumer and business needs, and support product development for current in-market products within the Family Care business. The individual in this role will work on a team and collaborate broadly across the organization to drive innovation from initial ideas, through pilot scale development, and onto commercial assets.

In this role, you will:

  • Support and execute product development initiatives from concept through commercialization, with a primary focus on delivering innovative, consumer-preferred products.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D project leads, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Legal, Insights & Analytics, and other key stakeholders to ensure product designs meet strategic requirements and brand objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning plans, utilizing consumer and technical studies to optimize product performance and substantiation of benefits and claims.

  • Support and manage product testing, including technical evaluations, Home Use Tests (HUTs), and product safety testing; analyze data and document learning.

  • Champion product innovation by integrating consumer insights, technical feasibility, and business needs; ensure that product and packaging meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of product specifications, industry trends, and competitive landscape; analyze and interpret technical data to improve product attributes and reduce costs.

Salary Range: 79,880 - 94,440 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan.
