  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for application implementations, enhancements, or system changes.
    • Experience developing and executing UAT test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases based on documented business requirements.
    • Strong understanding of business workflows, end-user needs, and acceptance criteria.
    • Experience executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business process validation, workflow testing, regression testing, and usability testing.
    • Experience documenting and tracking defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or a similar platform.
    • Ability to distinguish software defects from enhancement requests, configuration issues, and user training needs.
    • Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple test scenarios, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    PREFERRED
    • Experience facilitating UAT sessions with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users.
    • Experience testing enterprise applications, workflow automation solutions, artificial intelligence-enabled tools, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 solutions.
    • Experience supporting gaming, hospitality, resort, casino, retail, customer service, or other high-volume operating environments.
    • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
    • Experience testing system integrations, data movement, role-based access, permissions, and system-generated outputs.
    • Understanding of production readiness, release management, deployment, and change-control processes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
    • Develop UAT test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria based on documented business requirements.
    • Evaluate technology solutions from the end-user perspective to ensure they meet documented business requirements and support expected business processes.
    • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business workflows, end-user functionality, and acceptance criteria before production deployment.
    • Document test results, defects, screenshots, supporting evidence, and detailed reproduction steps.
    • Identify and clearly communicate defects, functional gaps, configuration concerns, enhancement opportunities, and user training needs.
    • Coordinate defect investigation, resolution, and retesting activities with developers, vendors, technical teams, project leadership, and business stakeholders.
    • Track testing progress, open issues, risks, dependencies, and overall readiness for deployment.
    • Facilitate UAT sessions, guide business users through structured testing activities, and coordinate final user acceptance and signoff.
    • Confirm resolved defects meet business expectations and acceptance criteria before release.
    • Support the development of user documentation, training materials, and testing-related communications.
    • Assist with post-deployment validation to confirm solutions continue to function as expected in production.
    • Advocate for the end-user experience while maintaining productive working relationships with business, development, and delivery teams.
