Develop project plans, budgets,scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using company's PMO tools andtemplates as appropriate; Define resource requirements and negotiateavailability with resource managers; ability to manage timelines, budgets,and resource allocation across multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Develops, matures, and ensuresadherence to the PM methodology tailored to company operatingenvironment.
  • Establish, maintain, and updateproject risk log. Resolve project issues and escalate as appropriate;spotting bottlenecks before they impact a deadline
  • Comfortable working throughambiguity and guiding projects with a clear understanding of theunderlying business challenges, constraints, and trade-offs
  • Able to translate businessrequirements into actionable, achievable project objectives, and helpsharpen stated goals
  • Able to develop a roadmapunderstanding the key dependencies to be successful
  • Strong negotiation andprioritization skills to navigate cross functional teams.
  • Monitors and reports on projectperformance and quality across the portfolio; provides input into deliverymetrics and project health indicators. Supports portfolio-wide qualityaudits and process adherence reviews.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business,technology or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of project managementexperience

  • Demonstrated analytical skills,including problem solving and critical thinking, with attention to detail
  • Ability to facilitate meetingsand manage difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to gain and maintaincredibility at all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of business processimprovement and change management desired
  • PMI or equivalent certificationpreferred

Marketing-Specific Knowledge
  • Understanding of the fullcampaign lifecycle (brief → creative → production → launch → measurement)
  • Familiarity with development andmanagement of cross-channel direct marketing campaigns includingtargeting, business rules, and test and learn iterations.
  • Familiarity with channels they'llbe coordinating (digital, social, email, events, PR) - doesn't need to bean expert executor, but needs to speak the language
