We believe that work should be enjoyable, and we're seeking aProject Manager who excels in organization and attention to detail while bringing positive energy to our team as a trainer.


What You'll Do:

As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in all stages of projects in the Deep Foundations and Construction arenas. This role is critical due to the significant responsibilities for the accuracy and quality of job costs and expectations.
Your primary responsibilities include:


Project Bidding: Lead the review bidding process related to the plans and specifications along with geotechnical investigation reports.

    • Procure material pricing relevant to bidding project (concrete, reinforcing steel, steel pilling, etc.)
    • Create project schedules as required to forecast on-site production and completion dates.


Systems:Will be required to perform quantity takeoff of deep foundation piles using Bluebeam.


Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and job sites where you will coordinate the bidding procedures and alternative mid methods with project executives.

    • Be the point of contact for general contractors throughout bidding process until award.
    • Maintain contact and relationship with clients, general contractors, and suppliers.


Risk & Compliance:Monitor risks and ensure adherence to customer, job site, company policies and industry standards.


Who You Are:

  • Education and Experience Expertise: Bachelor's degree in building science or construction management


  • Required 2+ years of deep foundation estimating experience.


  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction processes, terminology, and safety standards. Familiarity with specialized equipment and systems (Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, CAD/Blueprint and other construction documents).
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.
