Job description

This position is intended to accelerate the onboarding and transition of legacy LSI customer locations and new customers into the Compliance360 platform. In this role, the Business Process Coordinator will interact with all levels of the organization to develop and implement solutions that improve process performance by increasing productivity and efficiency and/or managing process while enhancing the customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate C360 onboarding activities with site managers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and validate customer equipment inventories prior to migration.
  • Coordinate hardware, software, user access, and deployment requirements.
  • Track onboarding milestones, implementation readiness, and outstanding requirements.
  • Support resolution of inventory and data discrepancies.
  • Assist with training, deployment, and post-launch transition activities.
  • Identify implementation blockers and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist the Compliance360 Support team with Help Tickets. 

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experienced process improvement practitioner with a focus on driving cost reduction / improving efficiency.
  • Execute complex process improvement initiatives affecting multiple functions or businesses.
  • Serve as a dedicated resource working directly with division leaders and staff to support process improvement.
  • Interface with key customers, presenting data, and delivering our value model.
  • Lead implementation of new processes / technology.
  • Support new location start-ups.
  • Report and communicate the results from process improvement efforts to division leadership including RVP’s, GM’s, DM’s and VP, GOE.
  • Act as a change agent/coach to instill and sustain changes.
  • Build positive relationships and credibility with the BPII and TSUS team.
  • Engage people and develop them through teamwork and a high level of participation.
  • Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping stakeholders through change.
  • Provide training and mentorship while implementing processes / technology.
  • Utilize process improvement principles and tools to achieve significant improvement results.
  • Drive for high-quality results.

Process Improvement:

  • Utilize various process improvement tools and methodologies to define activities that are aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and manage program risks and issues that impact program progress.
  • Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of project deliverables.
  • Develop practical solutions and methodologies to solve complex business problems.
  • Coach, mentor and assist project teams when assigned as lead.
  • Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses.
  • Identify and present new project opportunities to leadership.
  • Develop and share best practices among fellow process improvement associates and clients.

Financial Management:

  • Execute projects on time / on cost.
  • Monitor performance and improvement in key metrics.
  • Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets.
  • Provide feedback to divisional management on cost savings opportunities as identified during field visits.

Qualifications

Education:  BA or BS degree preferred.

Experience:  Requires a minimum of 4 years in an industrial setting supporting process improvement initiatives.

Other Required Skills, Knowledge or Abilities:  Understanding of change management challenges related to process improvement. 

Project management and process improvement skills including strong knowledge of lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Must be proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Ability to gather, synthesize and analyze data and draw logical conclusions.

Project management experience.

Well organized and results-driven individual.

Incident investigation, root cause analysis, cause maps, and process flow experience. 

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.  Uses hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.  The employee is occasionally required to sit.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
