What You'll Do
Design Innovation & Strategy
  • Lead packaging design initiatives across multiple product categories.
  • Develop innovative packaging concepts that balance consumer insights, brand strategy, and breakthrough creative thinking.
  • Design sustainable packaging solutions that prioritize recyclability, environmentally responsible materials, and waste reduction.
  • Create scalable packaging design systems that maintain brand consistency while supporting product-specific needs.
  • Design compelling packaging experiences that enhance consumer engagement both in-store and online.
  • Utilize modern design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering software, and AI-powered creative platforms, to enhance concept development and workflow efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability, material optimization, and production feasibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams throughout the design process.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality creative standards.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and manufacturing partners.
Creative Execution
  • Design packaging for new product launches, line extensions, seasonal collections, promotional programs, and packaging refreshes.
  • Develop high-quality 2D and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design intent.

  • Present creative concepts and design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
