Kelly Services is now hiring Packaging Associates for a leading manufacturing company in Frankfort, IL. In this role, you'll help package high-quality finished products, perform quality inspections, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Schedule / Pay Rates:
  • Mornings: (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM): $17.50 per hour
  • Afternoons: (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM): $19.00 per hour
  • Nights: (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM): $19.50 per hour
  • Weekly Pay!
  • Subject to availability

What You'll Do
  • As a Packaging Associate, you'll support production by inspecting, packing, and preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Package finished products into boxes and prepare them for shipment
  • Inspect products for defects and quality concerns
  • Notify team leads or supervisors of quality, safety, or production issues
  • Verify product counts and packaging requirements
  • Stack finished products according to shipping specifications
  • Ensure packaging supplies remain stocked at your workstation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Complete required production paperwork accurately and on time
  • Follow GMP, safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Support production goals and contribute to overall team success

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to stand and remain active throughout the entire shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Must be available for overtime as needed
  • Must have steel-toed shoes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:
  • This position is located in a production manufacturing facility. Team members should be comfortable working around machinery, performing repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced environment.
