About the Role:

The product owner will manage the product development process by gathering feature requests, prioritizing the product backlog and collaborating with the scrum team and Product Manager. Working in a fast-paced product development environment and employing agile disciplines, the Product Owner will focus on quality delivery of products and product features that solve real customer problems. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating products that impact healthcare delivery and making a positive difference for both patients and healthcare workers. What You’ll Do:

· Work closely with the Product Manager to plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog.

· Develop detailed product feature stories and ensure they are clearly understood by the scrum team.

· Work with UX/UI team to develop mockups and story boards for validation exercises with clients and subject matter experts

· Measure and analyze feature usage to be used in product development decisions

· Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals

· Lead the product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionality

· Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

· Work with Customers to gain insight into their needs and priorities

· Translate insights into epics and stories and developing and managing the backlog

· Partner with technical lead to continuously groom the backlog

· Work with internal stakeholders to develop educational materials, webinars and training

· Develop product documentation for new features and release notes


Requirements:

About You:

· 2-3 years of experience in product development, preferably a Product Owner role

· In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and practices (Product Owner Certification a plus)

· Understanding of business value related to features and functions

· Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and leadership skills

· Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders

Nice-to-Have

· Experience in B2B or enterprise software, especially healthcare, procurement, or inventory management

· Professional Product Owner certifications (e.g. CSPO)

· Strong working knowledge of Jira
