Title: Product Manager II
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6+month contract to hire
Compensation: $50.00-$60.00/Hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Role Overview
  • Role will own an internally facing application called Liquid Program Manager, which supports SGWS's Trade and Sales organizations.
  • The platform is used to:
    • Allocate goals across the sales organization
    • Manage sales programs and incentives
    • Track performance against goals
    • Support supplier initiatives
    • Feed data into multiple downstream systems
    • This is a true product ownership role. The person will be expected to own the roadmap, drive priorities, and translate business strategy into executable Agile work.

Required Experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management are the top priorities.
  • This person will work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Trade Development, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Product. They need to be confident leading conversations, managing competing priorities, and collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Product Owner or Product Manager experience in a technical software environment
  • Experience owning a roadmap and product vision
  • Strong Agile delivery and backlog management experience
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical work
  • Experience working with Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Design
