Key Responsibilities:
  1. MDM Strategy and Execution:
    • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for MDM initiatives in alignment with business goals.
    • Prioritize and manage the MDM backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and capabilities.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement MDM solutions that meet enterprise data needs.
  2. Program Management:
    • Oversee end-to-end delivery of MDM programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
    • Drive cross-team coordination to deliver seamless integration and adoption of MDM solutions.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with business units, IT, and data governance teams to understand data requirements and priorities.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for MDM-related initiatives, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
    • Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to ensure stakeholder buy-in and effective use of MDM systems.
  4. Data Governance and Quality:

    • Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
