About the Role:

As a Community Operations Intern, you will support Agilent's global community initiatives and knowledge base programs. This role is designed for individuals passionate about digital engagement, process improvement, and customer success. You will work closely with product managers, content specialists, and technical support teams to enhance community experiences and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the Community platform and related content management tools.

  • Support the lifecycle of community content: creation, migration, review, and audit.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve community processes and user experience.

  • Help implement community engagement programs, including badges and advocacy initiatives.

  • Provide operational support for community roadmap projects, including test case writing and user acceptance testing.

  • Analyze community metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.

The intern pay rate for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hour plus eligibility for paid holidays and medicalbenefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay isdetermined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation or training. During the hiring process, a recruiter can share more about the specific pay rangefor a preferred location.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
