About the Team
DashMart Kitchens (DMK) is a dedicated culinary team operating within a shared DashMart facility. While we work inside a DashMart building, we are a specialized team focused on preparing high-quality meals for customers ordering through the DoorDash app.
We work side-by-side with our DashMart partners to deliver a seamless customer experience - supporting both kitchen execution and shared facility standards. We operate as one team within four walls, collaborating to ensure operational excellence, food quality, and a clean, organized environment.
Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Part-Time
About the Role
As a Kitchen Operations Associate, you are responsible for preparing meals to standard, maintaining kitchen and warehouse organization, and supporting order fulfillment within a shared facility environment.
What You'll Do:
Meal Preparation & Quality
  • Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards
  • Ensure every meal meets quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff
  • Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code compliance guidelines

Warehouse & Kitchen Organization
  • Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas
  • Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards across shared workspaces
  • Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO)

Facility Support
  • Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive and efficient site
  • Assist with light operational tasks as needed to support overall facility success
  • Uphold a "One Team" mindset to create a positive experience for all team members and customers

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
