Production Team Associates are responsible for adherence to Company and customer requirements for product manufacturing and packaging. This role is critical in producing high-quality products. You will be comfortable with change, as the Company implementing 5S methodologies and working to achieve ISO 9001 certification. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Preference is given to individuals with experience operating forklifts (e.g., stand up, sit down, boom lifts). You are a positive, team player that is excited to join a growing company.

What You'll Do:

  • Champion of Company Core Values.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines for safety, quality and efficiency.
  • Produce chemical finished goods and/or polymeric sand on the assembly line under the direction of the Production Supervisor, ensuring high-quality materials and packaging. Label products and boxes as needed.
  • Manage and maintain production and warehouse layout and organization.
  • Ensure production activity is efficient to achieve daily performance metrics.
  • Prepare inventory and work status reports.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Chemical blending experience, or other manufacturing preferred
  • Minimum Education: High school or equivalent degree
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays, as needed
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently (e.g., lifting multiple 50-pound containers off of the assembly line; stacking products on pallets; pulling and packing for shipping).
