Job description

Position Overview
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer leverages advanced subject-matter expertise to execute critical project work and drive operational decisions. This role applies a deep understanding of manufacturing principles alongside company policies to resolve complex, moderate-scope issues. Working under limited supervision, the Senior Engineer exercises strong judgment within standard practices, builds productive cross-functional relationships, and requires only general guidance on routine work and strategic direction on new initiatives.
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday 7:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
  • Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assemblies.
  • Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
  • Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
  • Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of product manufacturing experience

OR
  • Master's degree and no experience

OR
  • At least 3 years of product manufacturing experience

Additional Requirements
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
