  • Own the Customer Zero Enablement strategy across multi-persona, multi-tenant operational and analytics journeys in support of platform migration and scale.

  • Translate complex workflows, pilots, and real-world platform usage into prioritized product roadmap investments tied to adoption and efficiency metrics.

  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define secure, cloud-native solutions that balance short-term enablement needs with long-term platform strategy.

  • Collaborate with UX to map end-to-end journeys, define Jobs-to-Be-Done, and convert insights into actionable, buildable platform requirements.

  • Define success metrics, acceptance criteria, and dependency alignment to ensure consistent, measurable delivery.

  • Develop enablement artifacts such as playbooks, SOPs, and onboarding guides to reduce reliance on tribal knowledge and improve time-to-value.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • 15+ years of experience in technical product management for enterprise or platform products, which is essential to designing scalable enablement strategies and driving adoption at scale.

  • Expert knowledge of data and analytics lifecycles including data onboarding, preparation, batch and interactive execution, and downstream delivery, used to design end-to-end platform workflows.

  • Experience designing and enabling multi-persona, multi-tenant platforms, ensuring secure, consistent, and repeatable experiences across internal user groups.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments while providing structure, stakeholder alignment, and execution rigor across cross-functional teams.

Required Technical Skills

  • Cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Microsoft Azure, or GCP (Google Cloud Platform) used to support cloud-native, scalable architectures.

  • Enterprise data platforms, analytics workflows, and operational or fulfillment systems supporting complex internal use cases.
