Position Specific Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products within our NextEra Analytics organization. In this role, you will define and deliver solutions that apply advanced analytics and AI to improve how work gets done across complex, large-scale operations.

You will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and data science teams to understand user needs, prioritize high-value opportunities, and bring products from concept to production. This role requires the ability to synthesize diverse perspectives, uncover underlying needs, and guide products through ambiguity with clarity and focus-translating them into intuitive, effective solutions.
