FableticsOS is seeking a Sr. Product Manager II - Planning to lead the execution, evolution, and operational excellence of the technology platforms that power our merchandising planning and inventory management capabilities. This role is responsible for the day-to-day product management of our Planning ecosystem, including Blue Yonder, while driving future initiatives such as Assortment Planning, Line Planning, and other strategic planning capabilities.

As a key member of the Product Creation Technology team, you will partner closely with Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and external technology partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve forecasting, inventory optimization, assortment planning, and business decision-making.

This position reports to the Product Management Director, Product Creation Technology.

What You Will Do

Product Ownership

  • Own the day-to-day product management of Fabletics' Planning technology ecosystem, including Blue Yonder..

  • Manage the product backlog, enhancements, production support, and system health.

  • Drive continuous improvements that increase planning efficiency and business value.

Roadmap & Delivery

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Planning technologies in partnership with business and engineering teams.

  • Lead strategic initiatives including Assortment Planning, Line Planning, and future planning capabilities.

  • Manage end-to-end product delivery from requirements through implementation, testing, and release.

Business Partnership

  • Partner with Planning, Merchandising, Allocation, Supply Chain, and Finance to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and external vendors to deliver high-quality enhancements and new capabilities.

  • Support user adoption through effective communication, training, and change management.

What You Can Bring

Experience & Domain Knowledge

  • 5-8+ years of Product Management or Business Systems experience supporting Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Retail Technology.

  • Experience with enterprise Planning & Allocation platforms, with Blue Yonder strongly preferred.

  • Understanding of retail planning processes including forecasting, allocation, inventory management, and assortment planning.

Product & Technical Skills

  • Experience managing enterprise software products through the full product lifecycle.

  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems, integrations, and data-driven decision making.

Communication & Leadership

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business, engineering, and vendor teams.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and deliver business outcomes.

The annual basesalary range for this position is from $125,928-$175,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects topayfor the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
