To thrive as a Product Manager Project Manager, you need a solid understanding of product lifecycle management, project planning, and business analysis, often supported by a degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Agile methodologies, and potentially certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are typically required.
