Purpose of Your Work:

As the Senior Product Manager, Brokerage Platform, you will own the brokerage platform capability roadmap and partner closely with Brokerage Operations, Pricing, Engineering, Architecture, and Data Science to translate business priorities into scalable technology capabilities. You will focus on automating workflows, improving margin-related operating drivers, and modernizing how our brokerage teams work every day.

This is a high-visibility role oriented toward business impact and measured by the controllable operating drivers that influence it. You will define what "better" looks likefaster quote-to-book cycles, reduced manual touches, lower operational cost per load, expanded digital engagement with shippers and carriers, and increasingly intelligent pricing and execution workflowsand help drive the investments that get us there.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Serve as a strategic technology partner to Brokerage Operations leadership, helping shape the future of the brokerage business by identifying opportunities to modernize capabilities, accelerate automation, and improve financial performance
  • Champion the evolution of Brokerage's digital experience into a unified, secure, browser-based platform that improves usability, operational efficiency, and scalability
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate workflows, simplify business processes, reduce manual touches, improve cycle times, and lower cost to serve
  • Partner with Pricing, Data Science, Engineering, and Architecture to deliver integrated capabilities that strengthen pricing workflows, enable continuous learning from operational outcomes, and align with enterprise technology standards
  • Define measurable business outcomes for product investments, using data and stakeholder feedback to evaluate success and continuously refine priorities
  • Influence decisions across a matrixed organization by building alignment, facilitating productive discussions, and balancing short-term operational needs with long-term business capabilities
  • Continuously evaluate business needs, technology trends, and emerging opportunities to ensure the Brokerage platform remains competitive, scalable, and positioned for future growth

Youve Got This?

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience leading enterprise software or digital platforms
  • Track record of delivering business process automation and operational transformation that resulted in measurable business outcomes
  • Success partnering with Operations leaders in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or similarly complex operational environments
  • Strong understanding of modern SaaS applications, browser-based platforms, APIs, and enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence peers, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate research, operational insights, and business data into actionable product decisions
  • Capable of successfully operating within a highly matrixed organization while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Ability to translate business strategy into capability roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable business outcomes
  • Forward-looking perspective with the ability to anticipate future business needs and proactively identify technology capabilities that create long-term business value
  • Skilled in defining success metrics and using data to evaluate product performance and inform future investment decisions
  • Experience partnering with data science, analytics, or AI-enabled product teams to deliver intelligent business capabilities is preferred
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Sound judgment in making prioritization decisions that balance immediate business needs with long-term strategic objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Compensation Range:

Salary Range:

$145,000 - 160,000

This position is eligible to earn annual incentives based on individual and company performance.

The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
