Job Summary:

The Product Manager for Lighting will generate gross profit through the sale of lighting and control products, manage project teams, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Reinforce pre-determined process around how projects move through the team and identify areas of improvement within that process.
โ€ข Manage the day-to-day activities of the Project Team, establishing efficiency metrics.
โ€ข Work with HR to develop a team of employee-owners to their highest performance possible.
โ€ข Direct activities of project administrators and quotations specialists.
โ€ข Working closely with sales management on strategy and/or strategy implementation.
โ€ข Resolve customer and vendor disputes.
โ€ข Participate in annual planning process.
โ€ข Identify projects where Instant Rebate Program can be utilized.
โ€ข Work with Marketing to drive promotions.
โ€ข Work with purchasing on inventory levels for the Stock Guide to drive adequate inventory turns.
