This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Product Manager - LED Modules, Americas, in Rosemont, IL, Atlanta, GA, or Collierville, TN, with Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Portfolio management of custom-made LED modules to achieve short, mid, and long-term business results.

  • Translate business plans to define and lead product marketing strategies, product creation, mix, pricing, and profitability.

  • Participate in the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with customers, sales, R&D teams, and manufacturing.

  • Benchmark competitor's product ranges and pricing, while monitoring technical trends and product segment roadmaps.

  • Promotecross functionalcollaboration, strategic focus, andorganizationalagility.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years of work experience in marketing, engineering, or product management in a technical field (ideally lighting or electrical) and hands-on experience with customer insights, new product introduction, product portfolio management, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Demonstrated ability to connect with customers, gather market insights, and translate them into value propositions for products

  • Proven track record of creating and delivering new products, solutions, and services while meeting/exceeding market and financial requirements

  • Changeagent with a high degree of technicaland financial competence thatsupportsorganizationaleffectiveness, improvement, and development

  • Able to travel up to 25%

Salary:$117,020 - 171,622 based on experience

Collierville, TN: $107,430 - 157,553

Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 15%
