Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical capability roadmaps aligned to enterprise technology strategy and business objectives.
  • Partner with architects and engineering leaders to evaluate technical approaches, scalability considerations, integration requirements, and implementation tradeoffs.
  • Own and prioritize the program/ART backlog (features) to maximize business value and strategic outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, Product Owners, architects, risk partners, and leadership.
  • Define feature scope, business outcomes, benefit hypotheses, success measures, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure features are sufficiently defined, understood, and documented before entering delivery.
  • Facilitate feature refinement activities and incorporate stakeholder, technical, architectural, and operational feedback.
  • Drive feature readiness by ensuring requirements, dependencies, impacts, assumptions, and risks are identified and addressed.
  • Own feature lifecycle management from intake through closure, maintaining accurate feature status and governance within ADO.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple product teams, platforms, vendors, and technology organizations.
  • Drive resolution of cross-team dependencies, sequencing concerns, and resource constraints impacting delivery.
  • Partner with Product Owners and engineering teams during backlog decomposition and feature implementation.
  • Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to ensure alignment to enterprise architecture, technical strategy, and design decisions.
  • Facilitate effort scoring, feature ranking, and prioritization decisions across competing demand.
  • Make prioritization and tradeoff decisions balancing customer value, risk, cost, capacity, and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, resiliency expectations, and operational support models.
  • Proactively identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts to scope, timeline, quality, and outcomes.
  • Monitor delivery progress and feature health, resolving escalated issues and removing impediments impacting value delivery.
  • Ensure required risk reviews, approvals, testing, education, training, and production readiness activities are completed.
  • Ensure technical capabilities are operationally ready, supportable, and compliant before production release.
  • Drive release readiness and coordinate approvals necessary for production deployment.
  • Participate in feature demonstrations and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business intent and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and track success metrics, adoption measures, and value realization outcomes.
  • Analyze post-release results and customer feedback to inform future investment, roadmap, and prioritization decisions.
  • Establish transparent communication with stakeholders and leadership regarding status, risks, dependencies, scope decisions, and outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and build alignment across competing priorities.

Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, process enhancements, and optimization of product delivery practices
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 60,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 210,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
