We are seeking a Digital Health Product Manager to bridge the gap between technology and healthcare. In this role, you will be the architect of the patient's first interaction with their provider, overseeing our core digital ecosystem: Content Management, Find a Doctor, Global Site Search, and Conversion.
The Role
You will turn market insights into user-friendly, compliant solutions, ensuring that when a family needs care, our platforms make the journey seamless and intuitive. This role requires a blend of technical skill, business acumen, and a deep commitment to digital transformation.
A key focus of this role is integrating AI to optimize the healthcare marketer journey. You will lead the charge in leveraging AI-driven generation, web page creation, personalization, and automation to create a smarter, more responsive Digital Front Door.
Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Front Door Strategy: Define the "why" and "what" for our integrated suite of solutions (CMS, Find a Doctor, and Global Search), aligning them with hospital business goals and patient needs.
  • AI & Innovation: Lead the implementation of AI features in our SaaS products, focusing on AI-optimized platform experiences and content automation to enhance user experience.
  • Personalization at Scale: Drive personalized digital journeys that meet patients in "the moments that matter," ensuring a high-impact first impression for leading healthcare brands.
  • Market & User Research: Engage healthcare marketers and consumers to identify friction points in the care-seeking journey and translate these into technical requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Content teams to launch and scale solutions. Act as the primary point of contact between developers and clients.
  • Roadmapping & Execution: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch using JIRA, prioritizing features that revolutionize patient navigation.
  • Regulatory & Brand Integrity: Ensure all solutions are HIPAA compliant and maintain the trust and reputation of the world-class healthcare brands we support.
  • KPI Management: Define and track product KPIs, including user adoption, conversion rates, and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement.
Essential Skills & Background
  • Platform Expertise: 5+ years of software product management experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience overseeing enterprise CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or Drupal). Special preference for those with Drupal Experience.
  • AI Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of AI optimization tooling, machine learning applications in search/personalization, and how to integrate AI within a SaaS environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Digital Front Door concept, patient journeys, Health IT, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, data privacy).
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market dynamics and ROI, understanding how digital engagement translates into clinical volume and patient loyalty.
  • Marketing Savvy: Experience in storytelling and positioning, specifically regarding how digital tools and AI-driven insights influence brand perception in healthcare.
  • Empathy & Communication: A passion for helping patients and the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams toward a common vision.
  • AI/SaaS: Direct experience implementing AI-driven features or working within a SaaS product structure.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Salary range: $115,000 - $125,000
