Product Manager III Technology - (Remote-USA) Salt Lake City, UT, United States JOB DESCRIPTION PRODUCT MANAGER III - TECHNOLOGY - REMOTE (USA) The Product Mgr III Technology role will help lead the expansion and adoption of our genetic tests. This role will drive innovative initiatives, and the ideal candidate will have a track record of building strong relationships with partners and customers, and who has demonstrated success influencing large cross-functional teams. RESPONSIBILITES Drive prioritization efforts for their product area and champion product area throughout organization.

Partner with PMO, sample management team, customer service team, clinical operations, and business stakeholders to write crisp and clear product requirements that drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs. Engage with commercial teams, business stakeholders, and software engineering teams through the full product cycle. Manage and maintain the backlog of the engineering team(s) you are assigned to.

This includes prioritization, requirements refinement, quarterly planning, and Jira hygiene standards. Champion products throughout the organization and present updates to senior management. Continually validate products with internal and external customer feedback and against business metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years of Product Owner experience with proven success shipping multiple technology products across releases. MS or bachelor’s degree with equivalent years of experience in a relevant field. Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end process from sample management to clinical report generation Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance day-to-day product management activities Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams Track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven approach to decision making.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Agile development PREFERRED Knowledge of the healthcare space or genetics laboratory CSPO Certification Applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder) We take geographic location into account when determining base salary to ensure equitable and competitive compensation.
