Job description

Precision Walls, Inc., one of the nations leading specialty contractors, is seeking a driven and experienced Architectural Product Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Cary, NC, with a focus on driving product specifications and sales across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet defined goals.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within the A&D and construction community.
  • Drive product specifications through architects, developers, and contractors.
  • Conduct impactful product presentations and technical overviews to prospective clients.
  • Build and strengthen relationships within the commercial architectural community.
  • Collaborate internally to support product positioning and client needs.
  • Manage pipeline activity and reporting across a multi-state territory.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of successful architectural sales experience.
  • Existing relationships within the commercial architectural market.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage key influencers in the project design process.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
