Responsibilities: - Support category teams in connecting priority products with suitable creators to help drive product discovery, content creation, and sales growth. - Maintain and manage creator, product, merchant, campaign, and reporting trackers to support accurate day-to-day team operations. - Support data processing and data maintenance across recurring reports, performance trackers, and business review materials. - Help organize and manage creator pools, including creator segmentation, outreach follow-up, content progress tracking, and performance monitoring. - Support ongoing creator campaigns and product sampling programs by coordinating operational details, tracking progress, and summarizing key blockers or opportunities. - Assist with campaign operations and brand activations, including creator participation tracking, content readiness, incentive coordination, and post-campaign reporting. - Support cross-functional initiatives and ongoing program operations by working with internal partners to track deliverables, follow up on open items, and maintain clear documentation. - Prepare clear weekly summaries, campaign progress updates, performance notes, and action-oriented insights for team discussions and business reviews. - Help improve repeatable workflows such as tracker maintenance, creator follow-up, reporting preparation, and stakeholder updates. - Use productivity and analytical tools where appropriate to improve data organization, documentation quality, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate academic program or higher. - Strong interest in e-commerce, creator economy, affiliate marketing, marketplace operations, category management, or digital marketing. - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and structured data; able to organize information into clear summaries and action items. - Strong attention to detail, especially when maintaining recurring reports, campaign trackers, creator lists, and operational status updates. - Clear written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to summarize business context, progress, blockers, and next steps. - High ownership and follow-through; able to manage multiple workstreams, ask questions early, and drive tasks forward in a fast-changing environment. - Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and business processes quickly. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in e-commerce, social commerce, creator marketing, influencer operations, affiliate marketing, marketplace operations, or business analytics. - Experience with creator marketplace platforms, livestream commerce, paid media, campaign operations, or product sampling is a plus. - Experience preparing business reports, weekly updates, campaign recaps, project trackers, or performance summaries. - Familiarity with data analysis tools, business intelligence dashboards, or advanced spreadsheet workflows. - Comfort using productivity tools for research, summarization, data organization, document drafting, or workflow automation. - Cross-functional coordination and global team collaboration. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
