Job Schedule:9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off 

Job Description: L3Harris is looking for a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the team.  The ideal candidate will want to be the 'owner" of their product's success in the market, ensure that it provides a solution to the customer's problems, and provides value to the overall business.  The candidate will want to thrive in a team environment, be able to exhibit their products at tradeshows, demonstrate their solutions with customers, and enjoy the diversity of responsibility that a Product Manager operates in. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop, execute, and manage strategic solutions that will grow L3Harris' influence in the critical communications industry 

  • Analyze market verticals, conduct research, define solution requirements, and manage partner solution roadmaps 

  • Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for solutions integrating into the critical communications industry

  • Provide recommendations on the overall long term product strategy

Qualifications: 

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in related field or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
