Job description

The Order Management Associate is responsible for maintaining customer relationships with prompt, professional service by accurately responding to customers' inquiries, processing orders, sample requests, and providing sales support.
What you will do:
  • Process customer orders within the ERP system
  • Respond to routine customer requests via email, phone or mail
  • Support Sales Team through accurate and timely entry of sample requests
  • Assist customers by answering inquiries or directing to appropriate department
  • Follow up to ensure proper order fulfillment from entry to delivery
  • Work closely with Planning to facilitate the flow of information for orders
  • Ensure information is easily and effectively distributed across multiple departments in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update database with accurate customer data i.e. customer addresses, email address, contact name etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments throughout the company
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Follow established company SOP and ISO Guidelines

  • 1+ years administrative, customer service, or equivalent experience
