Job description

A well-established regional civil-litigation defense firm is expanding its Allentown, PA team and seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney. The firm defends insurers and businesses in catastrophic-accident and high-exposure liability matters, with an emphasis on early, strategic resolution.


What You'll Do:

- Manage defense litigation from inception through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial

- Handle matters across commercial transportation and trucking, premises and general liability, construction, product liability, and insurance coverage/bad faith

- Partner directly with carriers and clients on case strategy and reporting


What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of insurance-defense or civil-litigation-defense experience (mid-level)

- Active PA bar (NJ a plus)

- Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills; able to manage your own docket

- Defense-side background (not plaintiff)
