Tampa, FL (Flexible Hybrid) $150,000 โ€“ $200,000+ Base + Strong Bonus Structure A bit about us:

A nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm is seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney to join its growing Tampa office in the Liability Defense practice group. This team handles premises liability and negligence matters at all stages, including pre-suit analysis, litigation, and trial preparation.

Job Details
  • 2โ€“7+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Insurance defense or premises liability experience preferred
  • Experience handling depositions, hearings, and motion practice
  • Strong writing, analytical, and litigation strategy skills
  • Florida Bar admission required
