Currently seeking an experienced Senior Liability Claim Adjuster to provide quality, cost efficient, and timely investigation of liability claims and provide exceptional customer service.  The selected candidate will handle claims for the Gulf Coast states, (Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee).  With our One Team approach, the Claim staff partners with UW and Risk Control to meet the needs of valued agency partners and policyholders. Responsibilities include managing an inventory of claims handled within departmental guidelines, following best practices and procedures and budgetary guidelines. The selected candidate will evaluate coverage and complete field investigations with a focus on quality claim handing leading to file resolution.   

 This is a hybrid role in our Gulf Coast Regional office in Ridgeland, MS or our Southwest Regional office in Richardson, TX or field-based position within FCCI Gulf Coast states territory, (TX, AL, AR, LA, MS or TN).

The salary range for this position is $75,529-$116,314 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
