le/la Stagiaire en qualite - Marques privees sera responsable de soutenir diverses taches administratives liees aux activites de l'equipe Qualite Marques Privees

Responsabilites specifiques
  • Soutenir les activites de triage, de verification et d'enregistrement de la documentation de lots recue dans le systeme de gestion de la qualite.

  • Etre responsable du telechargement de la documentation de liberation a partir de Box et des boites courriel.

  • Soutenir les projets lies a la structure et a l'organisation documentaire.

  • Telecharger la documentation des fournisseurs a partir de differentes plateformes SharePoint.

  • Communiquer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes afin d'obtenir la documentation justificative manquante.

  • Soutenir les activites de maintien et de mise a jour des procedures.

  • Contribuer a la preparation et a la conformite de la documentation en participant a la mise en forme, a la traduction et a la mise a jour des PON (SOP), instructions de travail (IT/WI) et formulaires associes.

  • Appuyer les differents projets en cours en realisant les taches administratives requises.

Responsabilites generales
  • Assurer le respect des exigences des BPF (Bonnes pratiques de fabrication - GMP).

  • Participer ou mener des projets speciaux et mandats ponctuels, au besoin.

  • Effectuer toute autre tache connexe liee a la qualite et/ou a l'administration.

Exigences du poste
  • Formation: Presentement inscrit(e) a un programme menant a un diplome ou a un grade dans un domaine scientifique (p. ex., biologie, microbiologie, chimie, sciences pharmaceutiques, sciences de l'environnement, sciences des aliments ou domaine connexe).

  • Etudiant(e) possedant de l'experience dans l'execution de taches administratives.

  • Competences techniques et generales: Connaissance de la suite Microsoft, notamment Outlook, Word, Excel et PowerPoint.

  • La connaissance de l'intelligence artificielle, y compris une experience avec Microsoft Copilot, constitue un atout.

  • Le bilinguisme (francais et anglais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit) constitue un atout.

  • Competences en gestion: Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en gestion du temps, avec la capacite de gerer plusieurs projets simultanement. Personne minutieuse et soucieuse du detail.

Job Summary
The Quality Private Label Intern will be responsible for supporting any of the administrative tasks related to the Quality Private Label team activities.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Support screening and logging activities of received batch documentation in the Quality Management System

  • Responsible for downloading release documentation from Box and mailbox

  • Responsible for supporting documentation structure-related projects

  • Upload supplier documentation from different SharePoint platforms

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain missing support documentation

  • Responsible for supporting the maintenance of procedures

  • Support documentation readiness by assisting with formatting, translation, and updates to SOPs, WIs, and associated forms

  • Support different ongoing projects with administrative tasks as needed

General Responsibilities

  • Ensure GMP compliance.

  • Support or lead special projects and assignments as needed.

  • Any other related quality and/or administrative tasks

Position Key Requirements

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Science-related degree or diploma program (e.g., Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Food Sciences, or related field).

  • Student with experience in administrative tasks.

  • Technical and Soft Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • AI knowledge, including experience using Microsoft Copilot is an asset.

  • Bilingual (spoken/written English and French) is an asset.

  • Management skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage several projects at once. Meticulous and detail-oriented.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
