  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Development Process (PDP) initiatives by developing strong, databacked product recommendations, including customer needs, product requirements, feature definition, competitive positioning, financial projections, and gotomarket strategy.
  • Drive crossfunctional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, sales, and marketing to deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality, and timely delivery performance.
  • Lead Voice of the Customer (VOC), market, and competitive research efforts with an emphasis on understanding how products fit into broader data center and networking architectures.
  • Develop and communicate compelling, quantified value propositions and pricing rationale that clearly differentiate products for customers, channel partners, and sales teams.
  • Partner with regional and global marketing teams to support gotomarket strategies, product launches, and creation of sales enablement and marketing collateral.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for assigned product lines, supporting internal teams, customers, and channel partners while driving continuous improvement within the product management function.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical or hardware product management, product innovation, or new product development within engineered products, manufacturing, or industrial technology environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of products used in data center environments. Hands on exposure to networking adjacent infrastructure, interconnect, enclosure-based systems, or closely related technologies is preferred.
  • Understanding of how products interface within larger systems, including performance, physical integration, and deployment considerations in critically important environments.
  • Demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical systems knowledge gained through handson experience, manufacturing exposure, or close collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Consistent track record leading complex, crossfunctional, matrixed teams and owning initiatives throughout all stages until commercialization.
  • Strong business and project leadership skills, including experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, and profitability.
  • Experience collaborating with commercial organizations, including sales, marketing, distributors, contractors, and/or manufacturer's representatives.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% annually, including domestic overnight travel and occasional international travel.
