Job description

We are seeking a client-driven Product Implementation Associate to join our Implementations team in St. Louis Park. Reporting to the AVP Product Implementations, this role is responsible for the implementation of basic Treasury Management products, ensuring the setup is completed accurately and timely, and training is customized to meet the client’s needs.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide clients with responsive support and accurate service over the phone, via email, or in person with focus on strengthening the relationship
  • Setup Treasury Management products, including Commercial Online Banking (“The Bridge”), Mobile Banking and Business Bill Pay and complete modifications to existing services on related systems, ensuring proper product usage and standards are met and maintained
  • Identify product utilization best practices based on business needs and provide tailored client training on site or Microsoft Teams as needed
  • Ensure all Treasury Management clients receive a positive client experience
  • Provide backup assistance to general support needs
  • Save appropriate Treasury Management related documentation into Bridgewater’s internal record retention system
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Treasury Management products system functionality
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of banking experience
  • Superior customer services skills
  • Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently to ensure critical deadlines are met
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Cash Management products preferred
  • Knowledge of Fiserv software preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $49,000 - $56,850. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
