Saleo is looking for a highly talented Implementation Manager.  The Implementation Manager will be a pivotal member of our demo experience team, leading our customers through a seamless onboarding experience of the Saleo Platform.
Partnering with top-tier SaaS companies, you'll transform customer needs into actionable Saleo requirements that significantly enhance their sales demonstration capabilities and delivers quick time to value on their investment. 


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple customer implementations simultaneously as the implementation lead and Saleo subject matter expert
  • Conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand customer requirements and provide prescriptive best practices to guide their implementation and offer expert consultation through all stages of customer onboarding, from initial assessment to strategic advice on utilizing Saleo effectively.
  • Collaborate internally and cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Sales to deliver platform configurations and track progress towards timely completion of deliverables
  • Lead a “Pod” of Developers, working closely with Engineering Managers and front-line Developers to meet customer requirements
  • Guarantee timely and consistent delivery of services as per the project plan using Saleo’s implementation methodology
  • Champion project management excellence, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
  • Craft Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) to assist in the implementation of SaaS platforms, enabling Saleo to simplify complex data structures
  • Address, resolve and/or escalate any issues arising during implementation
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to share knowledge and ensure a smooth transition into go-live and ongoing adoption


Tools & Skills:

Proficiency in: Hubspot, PSA tools, GoogleSuite.
Advantageous: Knowledge of ClickUp, CSS and APIs (not mandatory but beneficial).


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing SaaS software implementation projects in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven project management skills with a focus on communication and relationship management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and excellent, timely communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Outstanding public speaking skills with a flair for delivering impactful training sessions.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively amongst diverse teams and roles.
  • Extraordinary problem-solving skills that lead to developing and proposing solutions.
  • An ability to think on your feet while addressing challenges head-on.
  • High adaptability with a willingness to embrace change and learn new tools or processes as the business evolves.
  • Positive and empathetic, ready to tackle challenges with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in an office-setting, remotely, and occasionally on location at customer sites.
