Senior Digital Product Manager
Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Sr. Digital Product Manager to support the delivery and management of enterprise-level products in a large, complex organization. The Senior Digital Product Manager leads the end?to?end lifecycle of digital products—from initial kickoff through launch, ongoing enhancements, and long?term performance optimization. This role partners closely with internal clients, technology teams, and cross?functional stakeholders to guide product decisions, coordinate deliverables, and ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate excels in leadership, communication, and product strategy, with deep experience managing complex digital initiatives in dynamic environments.
Essential Functions
35% — Product Coordination & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with internal clients and teams to launch, maintain, and evolve digital products.
  • Facilitate key decision?making, communicate milestones, and coordinate activities across departments and partners.
20% — Product Reporting & Governance
  • Manage and update product maturity metrics, issue/action/risk logs, installation checklists, and value delivery documentation.
20% — Needs Identification & Product Discovery
  • Identify emerging customer needs and translate them into clear requirements for the product team.
10% — Implementation Management
  • Oversee end?to?end implementation including equipment ordering, installation oversight, account creation support, communications, and inventory reconciliation.
10% — Delivery Oversight
  • Drive deliverables to completion according to the implementation schedule.
5% — Client Training
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
    • In lieu of a degree: 4 additional years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years in leadership roles
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • SAFe/Agile certification
  • Product Management certification
  • Expert-level ability to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Expert in project planning and lifecycle development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced ability to train and mentor others
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast?paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with demanding stakeholders
