Job Summary:
Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and our Product Sales & Services (PSS) team is the first stop in creating this Experience of a Lifetime. This role serves as the primary leader of the department and is responsible for managing all PSS operations including ticketing, group sales, and guest services. This role sits on the winter Senior Leadership Team and helps drive overall resort direction & initiatives.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $52,000.00 - $64,064.00 
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027  
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available 
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age  
  • Housing Availability: No  

  

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily operations of Product Sales & Services, including collaboration with other departments & providing front line support as necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor and document teammate performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, providing recognition, correction action or escalations if necessary
  • Oversee all hiring, development, support, training, and scheduling of PSS team members
  • Receive and assess guest questions, comments, and complaints while providing timely resolutions
  • Monitor and maintain PSS facilities, equipment, inventory, payroll, and budgets
  • Participate in leadership forums providing feedback and input on PSS & overall resort operations, training, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; college preferred
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications is required
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time is required
  • Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements is required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends is required

The expected pay range is $52,000.00 - $64,064.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
