Join Our Growing Team as Production Supervisor!

Are you ready to take charge of a dynamic production team? As our Production Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that we meet production goals, maintain top-tier product quality, and uphold a safe and efficient work environment. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you'll lead a talented team and work hand-in-hand with other departments to ensure our products exceed customer expectations every time.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Inspire:

  • Guide a team of production associates, ensuring that everyone is aligned and motivated to meet production targets.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment where safety and quality are top priorities.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to help team members grow in their roles and advance their skills.

Drive Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily production processes, ensuring that we hit our targets and maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor production lines to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Ensure equipment is running at full capacity while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Champion Quality & Safety:

  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all products meet customer specifications and high-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, creating a work culture where safety is never compromised.
  • Ensure all associates follow cGMP and HACCP standards during production.

Manage Performance & Training:

  • Track the performance of production associates and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Conduct training sessions on new procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Help with hiring and assist HR with onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.

Report & Collaborate:

  • Report key performance metrics, production updates, and quality issues to the Plant Manager.
  • Collaborate with other teams to solve challenges and ensure customer satisfaction is always achieved.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and standard operating procedures to enhance productivity.

Who You Are:

Experienced Supervisor: You have 3+ years of experience in a food production environment or supervisory role, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

Quality & Safety Advocate: You’re committed to upholding high safety and quality standards in every aspect of the job. Familiarity with HACCP and cGMP is a must.

Leader & Team Player: You’re skilled at leading teams, providing direction and motivation, while also being a hands-on part of the team when needed.

Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office to track performance and report data.

Detail-Oriented & Multi-tasker: You can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.

Bilingual Skill Set: A huge plus, but not required—being bilingual will help you communicate effectively with a diverse team.
