Production Supervisor Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate each station to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between team members, management and executives.
  • Ensure that resources and assets are used correctly and efficiently.

Production Supervisor Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent in reading and understanding blueprints
  • Regular attendance is essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • 3+ years in manufacturing/assembly plants
  • Fluency in OSHA regulations
