Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 5 yearsโ€™ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 7 yearsโ€™ experience in those areas

  • Expertise developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and optimize financial performance
  • Skilled in risk mitigation and issue resolution
  • Proficiency in sales management, forecasting, and maintaining robust sales pipelines
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
