Job description

  • You will take responsibility for identifying, developing, and signing new business opportunities in collaboration with regional sales, leveraging technical knowledge and Linde's technology portfolio
  • Drive growth of industrial gases and equipment business through value-based technical and consultative sales within diverse industries such as electronics, steel, glass, combustion, aerospace, automotive, and environmental applications
  • Acquire new customers and expand business with existing customers by prospecting, lead generation, market strategy, business case development, proposal creation, pricing analysis, technical sales support, and project implementation oversight
  • And you will analyze markets, regional economic activities, competition, industry needs, and product applications to initiate and execute market initiatives and growth campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop appropriate response strategies based on customer insights, internal operations, and Linde's technology advantages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, industry consultants, and vendors to support business growth
  • You will collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, research and development, national business development, applications, equipment, and customer service to leverage resources and achieve targets
  • Participate in developing sales strategies alongside business development, key account, and sales personnel to align efforts and maximize results
  • This position offers a base salary plus a quarterly new business incentive plan tied to the achievement of new business growth objectives
