The Manager, Product Development leads the end-to-end management of product lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive product strategies, resolve issues through root cause analysis, and maintain quality standards. The position involves overseeing sourcing activities, conducting market research, and providing insights to senior leadership to enhance product offerings. By fostering strong partnerships and streamlining processes, the manager ensures timely delivery and continuous improvement while supporting team development and upholding company values and ethical standards.
About the team:
The Product Development team drives the creation and execution of Walmart’s Private Brand Crafts portfolio within Department 19. This team collaborates across merchandising, sourcing, quality, design, and supplier partners to deliver products that meet high standards for quality, value, and performance. Focused on customer needs and category strategies, the team manages the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Members demonstrate strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills while fostering continuous improvement and innovation to support Walmart’s mission of helping customers save money and live better.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
